This is the underlying principle behind this unique concept of SIV-G : Self Imposed Vigilance for Good Governance, presented in the University of Passau, Germany in October 2006. Pronounced almost like ‘Shivji’, SIV-G preempts and envisages Self Imposed Vigilance as means to attain good governance.
